1.Agate

It was found in Achates River, Sicily that gave the name to this stone. Its colors include cream-khaki, red-brown and grey-blue. It is believed that it gives "relief" to human being as far as it touches to the body. It has been used as a "evil eye stone" by the Muslims. Two types of this stone is "good luck stone" by Indians.

2.Amethyst

Violet or purple colored quartz crystal. Amethyst in Greek is "amethystos" that means "not drunk, protecting from being drunk". In ancient times (especially in Greece) people brought this stone with them for not getting drunk after they drink. Lilac is a composition of warm and cold colors and hence the color is impressive.

3.Moonstone

It is also known as Adularia and Feldspar. One of the reasons for calling this stone as moonstone is its surface being whitish and in a vascular shape. Other reason is that this stone has been deemed as a power stone empowering the strength of moon. Since the moon shines at night it represents the love and hence this stone is deemed as the stone of productivity and passionate lovers. Its colors include white, yellowish to grey, light brown, light blue and transparent.

4.Turquoise

It is called "sea green" in Turkish. Due to its specific sky blue tone (turquoise) the phrases sea green or Turkish blue are used. It is known also as Living Stone since its color turns into green as it contacts with air moisture or water. Also, it is called Turkis (Torkeja in Kalde language) since it is shipped to Europe via Turkey.

Its word meaning is "seedy". In Latin, "granatum" means "pomegranate". The stone is the symbol for productivity and fertilization. Even in ancient times Garnet was a precious stone. 7.Tiger`s Eye

 One type of quartz crystals is Tiger's Eye. After it is planed, its lemon fibers reach to brightness as an eye of a tiger. Its color is golden and it has brown strips. The mythological story of the stone is based on above. From past eternity, it has been believed that Tiger's Eye empowers the seeing ability and gives the power to distinguish between the real friends and fake friends.

8.Quartz

In most countries and cultures, this stone attracts people in a magical way. This attraction in Greek is "Krystallos" from which the stone has its name. Having a strong and transparent structure, this stone has several meanings such as wisdom, courage, loyalty and strength. It has been used as magical and therapy purposes for centuries.

9.Labradorite

It was found on the Labrador beaches in Canada in 1770 by the Czech missionary Pater Adolf. It has a characteristic that when it is moved or its place is changed. its color turns into green from blue. Its colors include metallic grey-blue and dull grey, bright grey in green tones.

10.Lapis Lazuli

It is a copper carbonate with 5% water content. Its crystal structure consists of axes perpendicular to each other and having different lengths. It is a formation of transformation and can be found in copper beds along with malachite. Its colors include navy blue or even black and it has a glassy brightness.

11.Malachite

In ancient Greece it was identified as the Hermes that was the mediator between "Gods" and "Humans". Due to this fact, Emerald has been a symbol of divine measures.
Since its color is green, Emerald has been deemed as the symbol of plant world also and it has been believed that it made the weather to rain.
